A nice looking towel rail. Easy to put together and looks good in my bathroom. However, the metal shelf at the bottom was dented. I can't be bothered to return and exchange etc so we have kept it. It's such a shame that you can't rely on goods arriving undamaged. To clarify, the delivery box wasn't damaged - the metal had been packaged in the box with its dent.. Joanna.
